BEFORE: This concerned potential homebuyer wondered how their furniture would look in this space. Market pressure required a quick decision.
Your PREDESIGN PLAN begins with a clean slate: your empty space built to scale. Our exciting next steps permit you to see your own furniture arranged, and rearranged, to create your new home. If specific purchases or changes will be needed, such as wall color or the right sized rug, you will know those details in advance.
AFTER: Their scaled furniture was used to develop a floor plan that reinvented the uses of favorite pieces, until it felt like home. New wall colors, custom bookshelves, artwork, lighting, and window treatments made the space complete.

BEFORE: Dreams to refresh their primary bedroom into a cozy, fresh, European-inspired sanctuary felt daunting in many ways.
We begin with your fundamentals -- the scaled space and what of yours will be incorporated. (Here, we thought it was important to add the tray ceiling even though our client didn't think it would come into play. It did, in a really fun dramatic way.)
TRY ON OPTIONS: Fresh green woodwork and ivory walls frame elegant fabric choices and potential new purchases of CR Laine swivel armchairs, ottomans, and larger sized area rug.
BIG SWITCH: How would soft blue green walls feel with solid velvet armchairs and a warmer toned Lee Jofa rug?
MORE OPTIONS: a warm sand grasscloth, fresh Ballard console, and newly rearranged favorite fabrics

AFTER: We found the right personal balance before big purchases were made: a rich, vintage coral and green rug, favorite fabric European squares, Brunschwig bolster, Schumacher stripe on the windows, and sconces moved upstairs from dining room
